Mushimiyimana Henriette is a Ph.D. Candidate in Biology with Education at University of Rwanda. Her Master’s dissertation was entitled’ “Biosynthesis of rare sugars, characterize genes responsible in rare sugars production, cloning, and expression” at Jiangnan University (People Republic of China).

Henriette also holds a Bachelor Degree from farmer Kigali Institute of Education (Current UR-College Education). She is interested in Microbiology, blended learning. She joined UR-CE in January 2019 as an Assistant Lecturer of Biology. Prior to joining UR-CE, Henriette was a Teacher at secondary school teaching biology as well as a Lab technician at WASAC). She has more than ten years of experience in teaching. Additionally, she has published different impact factor papers in international peer-reviewed Journals.
