The University of Rwanda – College of Education (UR-CE), in partnership with the Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB), has opened applications for 300 in-service teachers selected to upgrade their qualifications in the 2025–2026 academic year. Applications run from 25th August to 1st September 2025.
