Dr. Benoit Rugabirwa is a lecturer at the University of Rwanda, College of Education Since June 2023. He is a PhD holder of Chemical Engineering obtained at Xiamen University (China) in 2019. He obtained his master’s degree of Chemical Engineering in 2015 at Xiamen University (China). In 2008, he graduated with a bachelors’ degree in Science with Education (BCE) at the University of Rwanda, College of Education (Formerly Kigali Institute of Education-KIE).

He research’s interests lie on CO2 Capture, Storage, and Utilization ; Supercritical Fluid Technology, Industrial Effluent Treatment and Wastewater Management, Recycling and Valorization of Solid Wastes, Chemical Education.
