Dr. Joseph KUBWIMANA (PhD) is a lecturer at University of Rwanda-College of Education. I holds a PhD in Education Sciences at University of Bouake (Ivory Coast- Paris V) since 2012 and Masters in Education Sciences : option Educational Psychology at Ecole Normale Supérieure d’Abidjan (College of Education).

He has over 22 years of work experience in the field of education were he occupied various post : Director of School practice (internships), Dean of the Faculty of Education (at Institut Catholique de Kabgayi, UCAO) and Principal of the Higher Institute of Pedagogical and Religious Sciences at Catholic University of West Africa. Dr. Joseph has published a series of articles and books related to his field of interest focus on the academic failures.
