Editorial Message

It is my pleasure and great privilege to present to you the second issue of the fifth volume of Rwandan Journal of Education (JRE). I am very grateful to the University of Rwanda - College of Education community and all the authors for their invaluable direction and support during the production of this journal. Right from the start when this issue preparation started, your ideas, guide, comments and suggestions on the whole process are highly appreciated.

The diverse experience of the board members allows RJE editorial panel to lend their expertise to a broad spectrum of educational subjects. Without your tireless efforts, this issue would not be a success. Through its distinguished editorial board, which brings together a team of highly experienced specialists in educational matters, RJE has become an open-access journal with a focus on cutting-edge findings in this challenging field, while providing practical and up-to-date information on how to assess, analyse and find possible solutions to educational dillemmas.

RJE’s goal is to remain current in the provision of the highest quality and most interesting content possible to our readers. This peer-reviewed journal always strives to make a significant impact upon the field of education, publishing researched data on various areas in educational matters. More so, the aim of RJE is to provide a forum for the dissemination of original researched as well as reviewed articles in all areas related to education. RJE is committed to provide our readers with updated, well-researched, informative, and educational information.

RJE publishes researched data on the latest academic and social trends that shall help policy makers, administrators and academics to make informed decisions. In fact, our various authors’ capabilities have enabled us to greatly expand our publication of articles that provide educational insights in Rwanda and beyond. This kind of work requires time and commitment on the part of both internal and external reviewers.

The entire editorial board and I strongly encourage all potential authors to submit their manuscripts to RJE to support the growing field of education. In nutshell, I consider it an honor to be the Chief Editor of RJE and, with my team made of Dr. Valentin Uwizeyimana (Journal Manager) and Ms. Gerardine Irankunda (Journal Administrator), as well as a number of motivated and qualified editors, all looking forward to making RJE a marquee journal in the field of education. I look forward to continued support in making sure that RJE upholds the expected academic and publication standards that would enhance innovative, academic and
intellectual contributions globally.
