Project (Sub-component 1.2)’s objective is to enhance teacher effectiveness for improved student learning through support for the Professional Development of Mathematics and Science teachers from upper primary to lower secondary (P4-S3).
For supporting a more effective teaching, the project emphasizes four channels that are:
- Increase teachers’ content knowledge,
- improving classroom teaching practices,
- Ensure the availability of critical teaching materials and ICT tools, and provide continuous support to teachers in their teaching activities.
