Phocas MUSEMAKWELI (1972), Entrepreneurship Subject Coordinator at University of Rwanda – College of Education, is a full time Assistant Lecturer at University of Rwanda since 2010, a part-time Lecturer, consultant and Lead Trainer for various public and private institutions since 2008.
In Parallel, He’ s been also a City of Kigali council member, a Co-founder and Chief auditor of Rwanda Ancient Scout Alliance (RASAL).
He’s a Masters’ (2007) in Human Resources Management and organization communication from The Catholic University of Central Africa in Yaoundé (Cameroon). He has obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education in University of Rwanda (2013) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Social Work : Supporting vulnerable people especially those living with HIV/AIDS and a Certificate in Peer reviewing in Higher Learning Institutions.
He has supervised students’ research papers and animated various conferences, workshops and trainings in the field of decent work, Education and Schools leadership, Entrepreneurship and innovation, Strategic Human Resources and in organization sociology as well. He has been modules and programmes’ leader ; designer and writer and he teaches modules related to the mentioned fields.
