ICT tools, and precisely a laptop, have become integral to the teaching-learning interaction. During this critical hard time of Covid-19 a number of the University of Rwanda-College of Education teaching staff have faced challenges of relying on office desktops while the current circumstances now oblige them to work from home or sometimes to continue their teaching and research activities at their homes away from their offices. To resolve those challenges, on Monday 24th January 2022 the Leaders in Teaching (LIT) program funded by the MasterCard Foundation donated 151 laptops to the University of Rwanda-College of Education to support academic staff in their teaching and research activities.
