Reference made to the announcement (re-attached below ) inviting in-service teachers recommended by HEC and REB to upgrade their level of studies to submit their applications, please find herewith attached a FORM TO BE FILLED AND SUBMITTED ALONG WITH A COPY OF YOUR A2 CERTIFICATE and RESULTS SLIP/TRANSCRIPT( FOR A2 TEACHERS) and a NOTIFIED CERTIFICATE CERTIFICATE AND ITS TRANSCRIPTS( FOR A1 TEACHERS).
