Mr. François Xavier Ngarambe is a Tutorial Assistant in Department of Mathematics, Science and Physical Education and Handball coach of UR-CE Teams, University of Rwanda – College of Education in Rwanda. He is an Expert and Talent identification Coordinator in Rwanda Handball Federation. Mr. François Xavier Ngarambe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science with Education especially in Physical Education and Sports Education from Kigali Institute of Education currently University of Rwanda- College of Education. He won (as coach) with University’ team National championship and Rwanda cup tournament in Handball (2019).
Mr. François Xavier Ngarambe has participated in various sports trainings like : Integrated Sciences in Sports offered by Sports Academy Lausanne in Switzerland (2011), Training of National Youth Coaches held in Yaoundé- Cameroun (2016), Training workshop on Sports Development for Coaches and Sports Leaders in Rwanda, Kigali- Rwanda (2019), and Handball coaching training held in Bujumbura (2010).
A part from his daily duties and responsibilities of Teaching and learning in Sports subject, University of Rwanda- College of Education, François Xavier Ngarambe is working closely with Rwanda National Olympic and Sports Committee where is appointed as Director of Rwanda National Olympic Academy and his main responsibility is to promote and sensitize Olympic values through different sports organizations and schools.
