Rwabukamba Jean Claude is Tutorial assistant at University of Rwanda, College of Education. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with education (History and Geograthy with Education) from Kigali Institute of Education today College of Education and Master’s in Arts (International Relations) from Annamalai University (India). He has an extensive experience in teaching from 2001-2004 at Kamubuga primary school (Gakenke district) and from 2009-2011 in secondary. He joined the former Rukara College of Education after serving 3years of teaching History, Geography and General Paper at Cyabingo secondary School (Gakenke district).
