Dr. Mujyambere Jean Marie Vianney has Ph. D in Chemical Engineering ( from Anna University, India, 2015), Master of Engineering degree in Chemical engineering (from Xiamen University, China ,2009) and Bachelor of Science with Education, in the combination of Integrated Sciences from former KIE (Kigali,Rwanda,2005), Diplôme d’Humanités : Normale Primaire (from G.S de Runyombyi in October Profile for Dr. Mujyambere Jean Marie Vianney.

1997) . He joined the University of Rwanda, College of Education in August 2021 as a Lecturer of Integrated Sciences. Since February 2016 up to July 2021, he was a lecturer of chemistry at the University of Technology and Arts of Byumba (UTAB) where he was appointed as the Director of Quality Assurance (from April 2020 to July 2021) and the Vice dean and the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Environmental Management and Renewable Energy (form February 2018 to February 2019) . He participated in different researches and consultancies, and supervised undergraduate students. Dr Mujyambere was also a teacher of Chemistry at secondary schools for six years (G.S St Joseph de Kabgayi, G.S Nyabisindu, EAV Mayaga) .

He published different papers in the international journal which include : i) Mujyambere J..M.V, Muthukumar,K., Studies on dye decolorization by ultrasound assisted electrocoagulation , published in journal of Clean - Soil, Air, Water 2014, 42, 1-7, ii) Li Sifang and Mujyambere Jean Marie Vianney, The Synthesis of the Carboxymethyl Potato Starch with High Degree of Substitution by a modified Dry Method, published in the Journal of Advanced material research vols. 2011, 233-2335,333-310.
