MANIRAHO Jean Francois is a PhD holder, a Senior Lecturer and a Researcher at the University of Rwanda - College of Education. Over the last 13 years, Dr Maniraho has been lecturing in different higher learning institutions both in and outside Rwanda. He is a professional lecturer specialized in Mathematics education with knowledge in teacher education.

He uses to work with NGOs which aligns their aims to the improvement of basic quality Education. Based on his scientific background with a Master of applied Mathematics. He is also a data analyst, with the capacity to use advanced programmes like MATLAB as a programming language. To contribute to the scientific world, Dr Maniraho has published a number of papers reviewed in scientific journals and supervises both Masters and PhD projects.

He is an associate member of the African Centre of Excellence for Innovative Teaching and Learning Mathematics and Science (ACEITLMS).
