Dieudonné TUYISHIME isan Assistant Lecturer in Education at the University of Rwanda–College of Education (UR-CE) where he has taught since 2015. He holds a Masters degree in Education (Leadership and Management) from Mount Kenya University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching inHigher Education (PGCLTHE) from College of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Psychopedagogy) from the former National University of Rwanda.

He is a PhD student in education “Guidance and Counselling” at the College of Education. He is in charge of teaching education related courses at the College of Education. He has got a Certificate in Human Resource Management (from RMI) ; a Certificate as a Trainer in Child Social Financial Education (From Aflatoun&AMIR) ; a Certificate in Curriculum Development Review (University of Glasgow).

He has assisted several trainings aimed at enhancing the professional development of school leaders in Effective School Leadership. He helped in designing, developing and reviewing modules used in the programme of Continuous Professional Development-Diploma in Effective School Leadership (CPD-DESL). He has also participated in developing the REB modules of Instruction and Pedagogy for primary and secondary school teachers. He is trainer in VVOB’s programmes. His area of research includesteachers’ motivation, school leadership and management and Guidance and Counselling. So far, he has published two papers in recognised Journals.
