Profile :
Mariane Uwamariya is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda - College of Education (UR-CE). With extensive experience in teaching and training, she has notably served as an English Language Expert on the BLF Project, where she facilitated training for primary and secondary school teachers to enhance their English language skills. Additionally, she has worked with STERIL as an English facilitator, further demonstrating her dedication to improving education in Rwanda.

Mariane holds a Master of Education in Educational Planning, Management, and Administration from Mount Kenya University and an undergraduate degree in Educational Psychology from the Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA), where she excelled academically. Her academic and professional experiences have equipped her with the expertise to contribute meaningfully to educational systems and policy advancements.

Research Interests :
Mariane’s research focuses on :

Educational Psychology : Understanding psychological factors influencing learning and teaching.
Educational Management : Enhancing administrative practices within educational institutions.
Educational Leadership : Exploring leadership dynamics in educational settings to foster effective management and policy development.
