Profile :
Mr. Barigye Kabuto Alex, aged 51, is an experienced educator and professional with over 20 years of employment spanning the central government, civil society, private organizations, and academia. He joined the former Kigali Institute of Education (KIE) in 2010 and continued with the University of Rwanda following its establishment. He has also served as a part-time lecturer at Mount Kenya University (Rwanda).

With a robust academic background and teaching expertise, Mr. Barigye has contributed significantly to the education sector, teaching a wide range of subjects at secondary schools and universities. His interdisciplinary approach combines mathematics, economics, entrepreneurship, and business studies.

Bachelor of Statistics (BStat.)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Management
Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Development/Management
